David is a Chartered Arbitrator, Registered Architect and Registered Town Planner. Outside of Arbitration work, David has been involved in building inspections and expert witness work.
David has worked on a wide range of projects in Australia, Middle East and Asia, some of these projects cover residential, hospital, healthcare, universities, hotels, schools, institutions, leisure, heritage buildings, retail, and residential work, both in refurbishment and new construction. David has testified in court as an expert witness for defective works as well as compliance with standards of construction. He is a trained mediator by the Charted Institute of Arbitrators UK (CIArb), Australian Disputes Centre, KLRCA and Thailand Arbitration Centre. He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
