Construction Adjudication

Adjudication was introduced by the UK Government in 1998 as a fast and cost-effective way of resolving payment disputes in construction contracts. It has developed over the years and is now used to determine many other matters of dispute within construction including: liability for building defects, professional negligence and fee disputes.

Sense Studio have adjudicators with vast experience of the construction industry who regularly receive direct referrals from parties and indirectly by various nominating bodies. These include RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects), CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators), as well as International Adjudication Panels, such as FIDIC and the ICC.
